Online exchange takes 5 to 15 minutes after payment confirmation. Cash exchange during meeting — immediately after verification. For large amounts (from $10,000) it may take up to 1 hour.

Minimum amount: $10 or equivalent. Maximum amount is unlimited, but for transactions over $10,000 identity verification is required. VIP clients receive individual terms.

For amounts up to $1000, no verification is needed. For transactions from $1000 to $10,000 — simplified verification (photo ID). For amounts over $10,000 — full AML/KYC check.

After creating an order, the rate is locked for 30 minutes. During this time you must make the transfer. If you don't make it in time — the order is cancelled without penalties, you can create a new one.
